The classic dilemma! Theoretically there is only the threshold in and the
threshold out. At the point of unity there is no subject nor object. If
there is still a "you" having an experience then you are still in a
relational (i.e., relative) state, non-absolute. This is why one cannot
speak of having had an experience of emptiness: in emptiness there would be
no one to have the experience!
