Isn't it ironic that jesus' statement "go ye therefore and teach all
nations" , resulted in the Spanish Inquisition , the rape and pilage of
S. America , witchhunts and burnings at the stake (e.g. Joan of Ark),the
current state of the Church.
The source was PURE , the manifestation through impure vehicles
was grossely distorted. But, it was a necessary FIRST ITERATION of the
manifestation of God's will. Just as the lotus flower must first
germinate and live in the mud at the bottom of a pond(maturiy of the
body) , before it can grow through the water (maturity of the emotions)
and blossom as it reaches the air ( maturity of the mind ). All
necessary iterations to the final goal.
cheers, Tom.
