  Sources?? Um.. my Sunday school teacher talking about mustard seeds when
I was a little catholic grrl?? Richard Bach's interpretation?
  I am sure you know this stuff better than I do.. For me, it is filled
with contradictions, some bits resonate and some do not. Some feel
original, and others feel like control propaganda.
  One passage insists he is the one road to heaven, only Christians are
"saved".. next is talking of Good Samaritans who are blessed even if they
never heard of him.. since unconditional love doesn't judge, I tend to
doubt the exclusivity contract with God, and pay attention to the Samaritan.

  Oy, now I gotta get the old bible out.. sorry, didn't know there was
gonna be a quiz..:) :) :) how the heck am I gonna find the quote I'm
thinking of in all this red print..?
  The second part is self evident: the bible exists, written by the
disciples, praising him as God incarnate.. and the praises get bigger, as
the books get later...

  I keep wondering, how come He mostly refers to himself as the Son of Man,
and everybody else refers to him as the son of God?
  Hmm.. here is St. John 20:17.. talking to Mary Magdalene outside the
sepulchre
  "Touch me not, for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go unto my
brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father and your Father, and
to my God and your God"
  Kinda puts everybody on an even footing, doncha think?
  Ah, here's another one.. St. Luke 23:70
  "Then they said All, Art thou the son of God? And he said unto them, "Ye
say that I am".
  70: And they said, What need we of any further witness? For we ourselves
have heard of his own mouth".

   Selective hearing, or what?? LOL!!
  Yeah, me too..:) That's perception, for ya..:)
   What quote were you referring to?
