This was no criticism of "chaaya upasana" as such, delivered in the Kriya Yoga tradition and used in similar variants in Tibet.

"chaaya upasana", the "disciple of the Shadow" is no Black Magic meditation technique. What I meant was that, in the mirror of Emptiness (Emptiness and Light are the two components of Existence), we must PASS the *guardian* and IGNORE him completly -instead of beeing entrapped by it. The same technique is used after passing the guardian as well.
