Is the energy field related to the etheric body? I,too, think there is a
energy field ovetlaps and protrudes the physical body. There seems to be
a sphere around the body within which our mind can have influence.
So whether within or around the body it is makes little difference, I
think. Actually ,I have found the energy flow I feel can snakes through
the material.

Thank you. I recognized in meditation my neck muscles tightened formerly
at the right side, and recently left. I consciously relaxed the muscles
, and the knot of energy feels loosened and flowed out. It seems to
relate to my unconscious strain.
On the psychological (or brain function) side, while I often have a
dream all my life, recently more often ,almost every night.
I read that the (spritually) awaken people don't have a dream, said Krishnamurti.
Not to mention that I'm not an awaken one, is having dream frequently
related to the process ?
Any way , I am lethargic these days. :-(
