Hello. I have been read only (Is it called "ROM" , as in here, Japan? )
since I had joined this list this summer.
So I 'll have to introduce myself first. I'm in last grade of medical
college. I am to be a psychiatrist, maybe , but now hesitate.
I practiced a method of voice training and I gradually got into the
meditation-like state of consciousness, perhaps because of its
neccessity for deep breathing.
For my shoulder, across the clavicula, become tense, I feel it should be
relaxed, and I naturally come to take some yogic positions. It can be
loosened a while , but as a whole, It didn't cure or get better.
I have no information about that kind of things, and I supposed it to be
a attachment/possession(?). It is not so queer idea in here, Japan, I
think, but treatment or exorcism is various, from Japanese traditional
Shin-to's Oharai to personally consulting fortuneteller. I went to a
fortuneteller adopting both western and eastern technique, but his
behavior wasn't convincing ( says, 99.9% of psychiatric disorder derived
from spritual problems; too expensive). I didn't take his offer.
That night, I sat and closed my eyes and suddenly I felt my whole body
vibrated. I resisted and could get over the state, but the vibration
still remained after that. I have no opinion whether that happening
related to my going to that fortuneteller, and whether that was come
from a suggestible state that I might be in. But it have been persistent
in some diversity or physical property, sometimes get sparse , sometimes
cohere and became heat or ice or pain. So I guess ,even though it come
from an entity or something above perceptioin, it is not dreadful thing.
Another night on bed, I feel something moving or boiling along my spine
upward, and It finally reach the brain to became overwhelming fall of
stones or explosion. But it might be my imagination in hypnotism, 'cause
I might have read the book 'chakra' written by Leadbeater.
Usually , I feel something moving around, and tighten my neck, head, and
shoulder. I was questioned by my friend who is to be psycho-somatic
physician that Chi(How this is related to K?) is supposed to be in the
body, not AROUND the body. Isn't my situation appropriate for K
awakening? Or is this some chakra block and congestion?
Any comments will be appreciated.
