Well, I think you've hit the nail on the head: certainly sometimes I am
not relaxed with myself, but what of the rest of the time?

Also, as long as there is ego, whether integrated or not, I assume there
will be an individual identity: but it just won't be the whole person,
and will know it because identification will often be more broadly
based.
