Humbleness is in the one who is egoless;
greatness is felt by the others who surround him.

Ego is when you argue with someone and
become very attached to your opinion.

Egoless is leaving room for others' opinions and growth and
never be hurt by the differences.

Ego is what you think is true and
can be the only truth.

Egoless is knowing that
in the world of truths,
the truth you know is not the absolute.

Egoless brings in wisdom,
be it from science,religion or philosophy.

By the way, Oriental cultures do not produce smaller egos.
