Hi!
Your note prompted some thoughts: When you say you
were tired and then mentioned your Kundalini....(be
patient with me, I'm new at this Kundalini stuff/language),
does this mean that WHENEVER one is feeling out of sorts
or like one's Qi is drained, that this condition is
PRODUCED by something happening to ones Kundalini?
Also, can we say that any kind of illness such as a cold,
or something more serious is in direct parallel to the
condition of the Kundalini?
I ask this because last week I had the Head Cold from
Hell.
At my lowest point (you know, when you feel like you're
going
to die!) I started doing deep breathing exercises and
imagining that the Kundalinin/serpent was beginning her
ascent and was visualizing the Central Channel, etc. Almost
immediately afterwards, I felt more energy and because
I was at work, others noticed an 80% change in me during
the afternoon from the morning when I was really a mess
with a stuffed nose, runny eyes, etc.
On the other hand, my so-called rational self says well,
it was the oxygen that made you feel better. Or, since
it was the afternoon, my sinuses had a chance to drain.
Can you help me out with an interpretation?
hugs,
Adele
