I know that since my awakening I've had to make sure I get all the vitamins I
need...because K seems to want most of what I used to consider my daily
allowance.

Personally I think it is different for everyone. I personally have an
aversion to vegetables since K reawakened, but goodness at the apple juice I
drink.......buy stock in that, because as long as I'm alive they'll keep
making money.... :0)

I'm almost completely a carnivore...my body craves red meat, and I've been
known to get sick if I don't have it often enough...venison and beef being my
favorites. I eat everything everyone will tell you is a no-no and still
can't keep on the ground. But then again, I've leaned to listen to my body
and fuel it with the vitamins and minerals it needs...if you listen closely
or watch your cravings, you'll begin to notice that you are craving certain
foods that have a certain vitamin in them (By cravings I'm not talking about
unhealthy eating, as in trying to eat your problems away, or such.....). My
big need is iron...I can't give blood because it floats in the iron
test....don't get me started with chocolate...my body makes endorphins out of
it to such a degree that I prefer it to prescription painkillers. But I hate
the way it tastes, so I guess it's a safeguard to me becoming a junkie. :)
