Dear Mystress Angelique & K List People
Angelique
Thank you for answering my question, how do deal with a difficult
coworker last week.
Thank you for this wonderful K-List.
What you wrote to Jacques was very interesting.
"I modify my breath so that it becomes a breath of great amplitude,
filling my whole chest, and with a much slower rythm." Jacques
Your response: "You increase your Chi, and your vibration. You become
grounded.....Because all aggression is caused by folks fighting for life
because their chi/prana is depleted. You offer them what they need.
Real food. Life....Grounding opens one to the universal stream. Fear
vanishes, dispelled by light."
I have heard it said that "people treat you the way you ask them to."
Could this be related to what you just said to Jacques in the above
lines?
How does one stay grounded in a difficult situation? Perhaps by using
this breathing at the first sign of trouble? Sometimes one can become
ungrounded, offbalanced or upset in an instant, before one knows it.
What does one do to prevent this?
Any ideas?
Richard
