 Toady this is Great! This is definitely contemplation stuff
of the highest
kind.its called praise and appreciation.This type of
contemplation will send
the K right up and blow the top of your head off :-)

Hello,

What I noticed is that the energy in a baby cry is
so huge, and the rythm so peculiar, that it seems to
help me to circulate the energy in my back at best.

Sometimes at once. It raises it.

So when she cries, I listen with interest (before
my wife or I rushes out of bed at 4 am, to prepare
the warm milk).

I even thought to prepare a tape with these baby cries,
to help meditation. It is just like a primordial
noise with peculiar powers.

Have you an opinion on this ? Did you notice anything
like that ? Another thing I loved was the never ending
noise of cascades, when we were exploring the
Gouffre Berger in France for several days. The tent in a
huge hall. And these unending waterfalls... So peacefull.
