A jump in conclusion that I don't see the middle ground for . . . By reading
and learning from these sources, I have found much thoughtful foundation for
raising my children. I do not advocate the use of Ritalin w/o very just
cause, nor would I merely from reading the works of someone who does. As
intimate as I am with the writings of Dr. White and Dr. Sears in particular,
I do not recall any overriding hell-bent to throw Ritalin at children.

Christopher, I do not doubt that you know some things. I have no problem
with you, or anyone else for that matter, pointing out where I might be
ignorant or even just full of shit. I do not feel that my reaction to you is
a reenacted pattern. I feel that my reaction to you is based in my opinion
of how and what you have to say. You have not addressed my earlier question
as to why you are compelled to diagnose all ills from a genetic viewpoint, as
tho no one has free will, no one has problems or joys of their own creation .
. . You present your information as if it were written in stone, yet take
exception when the pseudoscientific nature of it is called on the floor . . .
Ultimately, while you (and others) may believe wholeheartedly in what you
have to say, the fact that you believe it does not make it truth for me.
Telling me you have proof to back up you claims is not the same as providing
proof.
Obviously, not enough coffee in me yet to be a genteel southern belle this
