Dan,

Thanks for your note. I understand what you describe. I feel like this
has been the struggle for me since K began, too much upper energy and too
little keeping me functioning in the body and in the world. I have worked
on this for 7 years, mostly trying to slow the process and ground. To this
end I practice ayurveda, using grounding foods, exercise a lot, work in the
earth when I can, rarely indulge in any meditation, etc. I have to say
that now after 7 years of quite busy k activity, I find myself in a pretty
good, solid, integrated place, with a fairly blissful balance of energies.
But I would welcome any further advice for grounding!
