Do you think that folks who talk a lot about sex energy destroying the ability of Kundalini to rise are speaking out of some cultural context that has nothing to do with Kundalini?
I'm noticing that some of the proscriptions about sex seem . . . They sound Calvinist or Catholic or Lutheran, they don't sound at all Hindu or Tibetan.
What's your take on it. You seem to have a balanced view of the subject, and I'd really like to hear your thoughts on where some of the severe sex negativity -- and even some of the well-meaning suppression come from in this dialogue.
