The first time the kundalini-shakti broke loose nothing could have been
further from my mind than sexual abstinence. I had just turned 18....The
second time it happened, I was rather ill but as far as I can remember, there
was no marked abstinence before. Ever since the kundalini awoke for the third
time, I can feel it going up the spine in little warm jerks and bursts more
or less permanently as soon as my mind isn't too preoccupied with activity
and I'm not physically ill.
Sex doesn't really affect this pattern. The kundalini movement seems to
pick up by itself a little while after sexual activities. It may be
interesting to note however, that the only time I've experienced a full body
& brain orgasm with wave after wave of EXTREME pleasure and bliss for several
minutes, was after a period of approximately 4 weeks of no sexual activity at
all...
