same question, using a rough estimate of 35 childbearing years,
multiplied by 2 eggs (some women produce one, some more) then multiply

Women are born with all the eggs their bodies will ever produce during their
menstrual cycles. As with the stat for men, the number does not reflect an
actual capability to produce so many offspring! Also, for women, you must
decrease the # of potential opportunities to become pregnant by 10 to 24
months for every full-term pregnancy.

While a woman carries over her lifespan, in theory, the ability to repopulate
a large city, a man could easily loose half a million sperm with an
inopportune sneeze. :)
