Dear List,

I just signed on and was surprised to find a discussion near and dear to my
own heart.

Just my experience, here:

When I had my k-awakening 14 years ago I went into a full body orgasmic
state.....not even knowing what was happening! I knew nothing of either k
or orgasm. (I didn't find out for three years that I had had a very
powerful (and traumatic) spontaneous full body kundalini experience.

Three years later, having had a totally personality transformation as a
result of the k, and now into Tantra, I had an opportunity to experience a
full body extended, expanded orgasm, and went back into the light. (It was
not quite as intense.....but I felt I had reentered the same arena). I was
so impressed by this that I studied and became a teacher of extended and
expanded orgasmic states. We teach both men and women to do this.

I find that using orgasm to go into the light is spiritual for me not about
sex. But in the process I activate all areas of my being, including sexual!

To me there is only one "light", higher consciousness, etc. to go into, no
matter what path one takes to get there.

I am now doing a PhD on using expanded orgasmic states to integrate various
parts of one's being, and to expand outside the traditional boundaries of
mind/body/time/space. I experiment often with altered states of mind
available during this experience. I think that it is a powerful way to
bring the k energy into daily life. (I don't meditate though I am sure that
is another way.)

I would love to hear of other's actual experiences on this topic.
