Pelvic spasms combined with the activation of pleasure centers in the
brain is what I mean by orgasm. I think that's the classical meaning for
the word.

Yes, I am. When a male ejaculates prematurely, the woman is (usually, by
the definition of the word "prematurely") left without orgasm, while man
can go on even after the woman has orgasmed.
However, I would like to say that it's not that important whether one has
spiritual orgasms or not. It's more important to be spiritual during the
considerable amount of time left outside the orgasms.
