I have heard that when women have orgasms, they don't lose
any, or at least not as much kundalini energy as men do. When
men have sex to the point of ejaculation, they lose a great deal
of kundalini energy.
Apparently the best way for men to have sex and not lose the
K energy, is to have tantric sex, wherein the male takes it slow
and easy during the sex act, slowing down and stopping when
he feels the orgasm to be imminent, then continuing when it is
safe to do so. This method was recommended by Osho, who
called this type of intercourse, the Valley Method.
Mantak Chia, who wrote the book "Cultivating Male Sexual Energy"
says that by exercising the penile muscles, the male can halt
the seminal outburst during orgasm, thus conserving the K energy.
Years ago, I tried this method and it does halt the flow of semen, but
I still detected a moderate loss of energy, though not as great as
the amount of psychic energy lost to actual ejaculation.
When I try to explain this concept to people, they immediately counter
with the argument that male semen only contains protein, so what's
the big deal? What they don't realize is that it is not the protein loss
that is the problem, it is the loss of psychic kundalini energy that
is the problem. A lowering of the immune system, and premature old
age are only two of the many symptoms of the loss of kundalini
energy.
One of the problems of sex is that the female usually likes the male
to go faster and faster, which of course results in instant orgasm and
the consequent lowering of K energy for the male. If the male tries to
take it easy and slow down, this decreases the pleasure that the female
feels, and she may not like it. A man who is exploring kundalini, but still
wants to have sexual relations, may need to find a sympathetic female
who doesn't mind sacrificing a little pleasure, so the male can live a
more fruitful and longer life. This would have to be a female who is into
tantric sex, or who could be taught tantric sex from the male. But I think
that this type of woman, would tend to be rare gem indeed.
