As a woman who has had both a c-section and a vaginal birth with 3d degree
tearing, I'm finding you're comments on this topic very general and highly
theoretical. Subjectively, I'd have to say my childbirth experiences were
key events in encouraging my growing awareness, not the major roadblock you
seem to be throwing up.

What sort of electronic equipment was this, what exactly was it measuring?
What sort of (scientific) acceptance does is have for the use you are
discussing? Also, of the 500, how many fit the model you propose? What
symptoms brought them to seek treatment? How many responded to treatment vs.
a control group?
