This makes sense. I once experienced a touch of that fear
that is stored in my DNA from all of my past lives, and just as
I thought that I was about to go completely insane, I opened up
and let myself absorb all of the fear, and it just vanished!
And then I was ok. But it was a close call.

(by the way, I just want to say that it sure is nice to be on a list
about Kundalini. It's good to have people around like yourselves
that I can relate to. Thank you all for being here.)
