HI :-)
I think I just sent this to myself and not the list...LOL It think its
past my bedtime..please forgive me if I doubled up on it.....
Ok ..the yogi guy story...LOL
First I want to say I did go back and re-read the flyer and it does
state that the real Yogi guy left his body in 1994 and the guy that
would be there was one of his initiates...so they were up front with
that. When we got there we had to take our shoes off and I bought a
little booklet that lloks like it has some good general meditation info
and hints. anyway yogi guy was 1/2 hour late. Then they came around
and put vibhuti???? on our third eye. This is the question I wanted
to as...what is Vibhuti? what is it made out of and what is
itspurpose?
we were told to concentrate on that area and then they turned out the
lights and we sat and meditated for one hour. I actually kinda enjoyed
it and boy did my third eye area feel stretched it actually was almost
painful it felt so strong there...but the funny part was the yogi guy
fell asleep!! He was snoring...lol
when they turned the lights on they started to sing songs and he kept
nodding off..If I ws one of those devotees I would have felt kinda
embarassed I think! Anyway we got tired of watching him sleep and went
and got our shoes and went to go get some ice cream :-)
They gave us some meditation instructions and a small bag of vibhuti to
meditate with....
Sooooooooo...what did I learn from this experience?? Im not totally
sure...I guess when everyone was talking about their gurus I was a bit
jealous and felt left out...so perhaps my lesson was....I dont need a
guru. and who knows maybe even though the guy was sleeping something
astrally was occurring because of my intent to receive?? Im stretching
it ...maybe it was just that I needed a good excuse for girls night out
and ice cream...lol I dont know but I hav a feeling that when the
original guy died ..the energy got diffused or misused or soething ..I
didnt get warm fuzzies by any means...perhaps you were right Jacques!!
He is a cunny fox :-)~
