Subject: [K-list] Harnessing Kundalini Energy

Thank you for your response. I have read it several times and found it
very interesting.

The book, I mentioned, described an energy which as it begins to rise is
first sexual in nature. The book mentioned that most people are
uncomfortable with this and either repress this energy or release it in
sexual activity. The book, Do It Let's Get Off Our Buts, went on to say
that if this energy is neither repressed or expressed sexually, it will
be an aid in achieving whatever goal one is working toward.

I am wondering what you think of this.

The book also mentions various centers in the body and how they relate
to different feelings and abilities as the energy rises. The heart area
is supposed to give one a greater capacity to love and feel for others
when the k energy hits this area.

How is this energy awakened?

What does it mean to surrender?
