I have experience both. I was meant to find my balance and to learn my
lessons. However my thoughts to what an entitie is has changed a great
deal since my last communcations on this topic on this list. First I must
say that there is a difference between what a entity is compared to what
Guardian Angels and the Spirit are. In this difference is also the
difference in which way we should approach them. An enitity is often a
reflection of ourselves. A lesson of something that is buried deep inside
of us or a lesson that we yet need to learn. If an entity is a teacher of
a lesson that you are to learn it will not disappear until the lesson is
learnt. However this does not make it evil, it is only our own preception
that makes it appear this way. When the truth is known the light will
shine. If the entity is of dark nature we only need to ask for assistance
from our guides and whoever it is that we believe in and the entity will no
longer be with us. If it remains realize that this is perhaps a lesson and
if you are brave enough to learn it you will see the light. Sometimes an
entity is just a simple case of a lost soul that is wondering and when you
show it the light it will be happy to go home. This would be your
memmories on how to go home. We are all of the light disspite shadows that
surround us or follow us.
Guardian Angels/ Teachers / and the Spirit are the ones that will guide us.
We are all one but these are our helpers or soulmates that we asked for
before we entered this lifetime for the lessons we knew we would be
presented with. From them we will only be guided. It is up to us whether
we take their advice. It is hard to tell the difference sometimes as they
will take what ever form is necessary to get our attention.
Sorry I don't think my thoughts came out as clearly as I would of liked. I
have trouble putting what I know into words. Hope some of this has been of
help. What ever you don't like just disgard :-)

Are they? I question this. What higher purposes can one have but to help
another to understand a lesson?

Only you will know in the long run why you are going through what you are.
I will add in a thought. No entity or human being can make us do anything
that is against our conscious. It is a choice that we make whether we are
aware of it or not. That one was a hard one for me to swallow! and must
admit still working on it.
I am sure your now asking do I still see entities and forms? Yes I do.
However I view them very differently now. Those who do not see them or
experience them simply have other lessons and do not need to go through
these ones. We all get the lessons that we need and this does not make any
one of us closer to the truth then the other. :-)
