Thanks to Mystress Angelique Serpent for her long post
which I printed for my archives.

During the eclipse, my wife and I were looking.

At the very moment it occured, or at least 2
or three seconds before, our neighbor appeared
at the window and just closed the shutters
so that she could see nothing, fearing she
could become blind.

I just told my wife, 'she has to beware,
that makes you deaf too'.

Then I burst out into rabelaisian laughter,
at the very moment of the eclipse. And my wife said :
'According to buddhists, this will be multiplied a
million times !'.

Lol !

So that will be fostering my (funny) books.
