Dear Julie,

Thanks for writing back. I hope you will find the book helpful. Opening
Energy Gates of Your Body is the first book in a series to introduce Daoist
Water School energy work. The main difference between water method and fire
method is that in water method, you FEEL the blockage and dissolve it, the
process goes downwards and outwards, you don't use your mind to will the
energy; whereas the fire method use the mind and will to move the energy.

I hope my post does not sound like a marketing scheme. It is not. I
attended two of his seminars and benefited a lot from them, and that was all
my connection with the author. I understand fully that you were afraid to
try any other energy work since it might agravate the K energy. It also
happened to me when I took on Taichi a couple months before I started Water
School, but the herbs and the outer dissolving process eventually put out
the fire, gently.

I hope you will enjoy this different path.

 Thank you for you information. I have the book you mentioned in your
post. I have had it for quite a few years but was afraid to mess with it
after K awakening as it seemed that any new energy work that I did usually
agravated my energy. I did some of his methods of removing energy blocks
before and found them relaxing. I will definitely reread that book now.
Is he using the water school in that book? I could really use some water to
stop this fire! Please don't be afraid to mention new methods that may help
people...I think that this list is interested in anything that could do
that, as long as it is not a marketing scheme, of course. Thanks again for
