I am going to whine/vent a bit ..please excuse me..lol
I took Yoga as I thought it would help with K, and I was very encouraged
when I talked to my Yoga instructor and she seemed very sympathetic and said
something about helping out with some special techniques...but since that
time she has not returned any of my phone calls about setting up a time,&
has been very distant in class. I feel very despondent as I thought I had
found an in person/ person to help out a bit and understand..but I guess not
:-(
I dont understand it...I wonder if she doesnt believe me? Does she think Im
neurotic trying to get attention or something? maybe she doesnt have the
experience or know exactly how to deal with it and is avoiding it? It has
left me with that "nobody understands and will avoid me feeling because they
think Im mental" sigh
I like the Yoga becuase it makes my body feel good, and I feel more
grounded, but as far as K goes it kicks it in and makes it hotter..Im gonna
stick it out till I learn the Sun salutation :-) and I got a book to work on
it a home, but Im feeling that..I guess I have to go it alone feeeling and
am just gonna sit in the back of the class from now on and keep quiet...:-/
I am so very glad I have you guys who understand ..I really appreciate it
alot....THANK YOU!!!!
