For the past month or so, I have had some focusing problems. . . vision blurred one second, fine the next. . . if I turn away from an object of interest monentarily, and then look back at it, I'm fine. I'm a little worried, and should go see an optometrist soon for my regular check up anyways. . .

My more immediate concern is that during the workday anywhere between 9:30 and 2:30, if I'm at my desk, I tend to lose some form of consciousness. I've tried fighting it, but have frozen at times, other times I actually doze off. Only a handful of people seem to know what's up, but most of the time, no one could even tell if I was sleeping. I thought it only happened at the front desk where I would be sitting for part of the day, but it's been happening at my desk as well. I'm going to at my new job next week (at American University for those who are curious), so we'll see if I can hold up or not. I don't think it's a sleep issue, because I've had times of going to bed before 11 at night, getting up at 6 in the morning and it STILL happens.

It's scaring me 'cause I don't know what's going on.
