Dear List,
I've been curious for awhile, wondering how many of us have ever had
spiritual teachers or gurus Soooo. If you are up for another poll :)))
!. Have you ever had a spiritual guru or teacher?
Yes, his name was Baba, I met him on the big island of Hawaii. He was living on a beach by Hapuna. It's strange but no one else saw in him what the "core" self of myself saw in him. On the outside he was a "bum" on the beach living on welfare.
2. How long have you been with him/her?
I spent about 8 months with him. But he still hangs around in the etheral, I see him when I go to a meditation retreat, in the meditation room. The meditation room is filled with quiet energy, meditation energy, I can clearly see him in the room with me, attached to me.
3. Did you receive Shaktipat?
Yes, he looked into my eyes once and his energy threw me back physically. We also communicated telepathically, using pictures and words, but most noticable were the pictures, it was like he was projecting images, or uploading images into my mind. This degree of image projection had never happened to me before, so I to this day remember it.
4. Did your relationship come before, after, or during your K experiences?
It really increased after the relationship. Before I think I was on "trickle mode k", after and during the meeting with him I was never the same. I went full force into alternative healing, geodesic domes, and crystals. Before the meeting I think I had a lot of gross matter within my being, I was heavy with psycic garbage, my body felt uncomfortable to be in, It was not ready for a higher vibration.
He, my guru, initiated this cleanup of my being. Today I feel much lighter, these pulsations of bliss overcome my being from time to time, I had a small on yesterday, a few weeks ago I had tremendous blissful orgasmic "better than sex" feelings (or at least the sex I was used to) (I have been celibate for about 3 years now). I'm just not that interested in chasing women, perhaps if the right match came around.(rambling...)
4. Do you think the relationship come about by design or accident?
I think we attracted each other....I do not think it was an accident.
5. Was your relationship

The relationship was both...negative for the darkness that was reluctant to see the light, I still struggle with this... I have grown much during and after the relationship. It was nearly 10 years ago that I met him. Life hasn't been easy, can't expect it to be but still hope, there have been immense highs and terrible lows.
