Try and get the peace and quiet you feel you need.
I think it's just a phase.
I used to get headaches around my very exhausted and
disheartened best friend, even over the phone.
One time I felt the headache coming on, I
tried something, just relaxed and let the energy
suffuse me, homing in on how much I loved her,
concentrating on an emotion of love.
That seemed to relax on the tense feelings. :)
I have used the same method on ppl who were very hyper
and wrought up to calm them down and it works,
usually. :) Not always, though.
Only problem is, these ppl keep coming back to me,
almost hounding me in the halls (to get more ?)
when I have little time to chat. :)
