Hello again :-)

Another thought on picking up others energies... I think I am doing it more
than I realize. My husband has been having bad headaches and I can be fine
all day but when he comes in the house I get a headache....also I noticed
that I had been depressed around my coworker/friend but she got another job
and now I am fine at work.

Is it a phase of K that I need to go hermit for awhile? It seems lately
that I have no tolerance for peoples energies around me..especially my
teenage daughters friends! she wants to have some spend the night and the
thought of all that hyper energy makes me crazy! am I doomed to be a lonely
old lady surrounded by cats or is this just a transitional phase that I will
gradually learn to adjust to. I dislike feeling so irritable but I am really
just craving alone time now...peace and quiet.
