I've been silently observing for several months...and it's progressing
downwards....now working at the solar plexus but definitely glad the
mind-work is resting for a while. :) I badly needed the break. I'm not
consciously working with them as most of the time my shamanic work balances
them out on it's own without my interference.

I'm feeling that this is something similar...I've had to get used to running
a different type and amount of energy than I was used to since the last time
I popped up here. My spine's still red-hot like yours did, and my polar
bear husband can't stand that I'm putting out heat now (I used to be ice
cold). Other than that the only physical symptoms I have is that my
eyesight's getting better (w/o my glasses I'm nearly legally blind) and I
heal alot faster than I used to.

I work alot with spirits as most of you know. They haven't allowed me to
meditate since February or March (when I was given the robe). I guess they
were watching out for me yet again.

PS---Mystress, when you were speaking of mind-sculpting, I think I now
understand what you meant, although I can't see myself taking it up as a
hobby. :)
