Hi,

I was sharing stuff with two other k-active women on another list about
these feelings of fear/apprehension/anticipation later and about the
physical symptoms, when we discovered to our surprise that all three of us
had had an episode two nights ago in which we just stopped breathing. One
of them referred to this a being like a death. I had to focus on breathing
in order to do it. In between breaths I was in a deep fugue state.

Now I'm positive that this isn't sleep apnea. I had that years ago and it
went away and this felt different.

Also we have experienced feelings that our bones were being stretched or
pulled.

Anybody else stop breathing lately?
