Dear Chris,

Past life memories are, in my opinion, triggered by a need for insight in
our present incarnation.
Seeing and feeling things from a past life (or parallel life?) can help us to
understand why we react or feel as we do about things happening around us
presently. I have found it to be a wonderful therapy. I have also used it
to help understand present relationships. For example, at a group regression
session that I attended WITH my husband, I was able to find out one of the
reasons that I harbor so much anger toward him. We have had a very rough
time the last few years, and though there were minor issues this time around,
there was really nothing that could explain the intensity of my negative
feelings towards him. It is easier to understand now. Even if it doesn't
work out, at least I am able to now forgive and clear up some of our karma
together. I believe this was one of the main reasons we were brought
together this time around.
If past life dreams or therapy help a person, does it really matter whether
these images are true past memories or merely figments of our creative
imaginations?
