It isn't just difficult. It's impossible, because certain kinds of insight is dedicated to just that level of consciousness. Universe is an abyssmal darkness. Our assembly point of consciousness can only understand and explain the spot which is enlightened by it's own "torch". When moving the "torch", we can understand and explain new areas and dimensions of experience, while the previous spot becomes dark - that is, not understandable anymore.
It's comparable to an iceberg trying to *understand* extreme heat. The ice melts. There's no iceberg left to *understand* extreme heat, because it cannot exist in that dimension.

Interesting. I work intensively with the throath chakra. Last year, Kundalini "drilled" through sushumna when moving upwards. It felt like a drill. What happened, was that sushumna became broader. Many years ago, the Serpent reached the 3rd eye (a death experience because my consciousness went through that famous "tunnel" with the Uttermost Light on the Other Side. This "channel", mentioned by people experiencing after-death states, is the antakarana-nadi), causing Clairvoyance. But there's still a lot of work left in broadening the channel between the throath and the 3rd eye. I see more (3rd eye) than I can express (throath) at the moment !
The energy You feel is NOT kundalini, but the light body.

Very interesting. Imagine a diamond pyramid. Its apex is 30 cm above the head. The plane of these pyramid goes stright through the brain, at the level of the ears and eyes. When such an energy configuration occurs - two energies unites, one from the left hemisphere and the second from the right hemisphere of the brain. When a third energy (light body) flows downwards through the apex, we implement Jesus' admission of keeping one's eye single (Three energies Unites in One point in the middle of the Head).
When the two energies unites, the pineal and pituitary glands cooperates, making a "bar" across the head. This is refered to, in esoteric terms, as "Crossing the Abyss".
Further, when another triangle, goes from these "bar" to the throath Chakra, the meaning of the sanskrit OM-sign becomes clear. The OM-sign shows the Pearl above a crescent. The Pearl is the Unmanifested. In that state, Nothing exist yet. No colours. No sound. When the Pearl of Compassion falls downwards, it HITS the "bar", and the sound of these "crash", causing the Pearl to be splintered into ten thousand peaces - is OM !
The Crescent is the "bar" which vibrates. The Pearl goes downwards the Abyss, down to Manipura, causing the Crucifiction Initiation. Golgata means the "place of the Sculls", and symbolizes these "bar" in the head.

Last year, I posted the following to Lobster. It's a meditation technique which was thought in the 70's by a group called "Divine Light Mission":
These meditation begins by visualizing a Light Blue substance from cosmos.
A cosmic energy representing Divine Will above one's head. Then visualize
your head as an empty funnel, a pyramide upside-down with its apex touching
the throat chakra. When breathing in, visualize the funnel beeing filled by
these wonderfull Sky blue substance. While exhaling, visualize the
substance of Heavens Will, flow like Light Blue waters into your body,
vitalized by the "nectar of paradise", the "nectar of immortality"
(amrita). Then, during the breathing process, use the following mantra:
When inhaling think AAAIIIIII ....., During the pause think SSSSS .....,
When exhaling think AAAMMM ....
I - S - AM !
Isn't it wonderful how timeless wisdom from the past, from another culture
on the other side of the globe can be found even in the english language ?
"I AM" is almost a mantra, used by gurus in the Far East for thousands of
years.
I've also been pondering about what they were refering to, the founders of
the nation of Canada, since ca-Nada literarily means "Divine sound and ...
( ? )" in sanscrit. And we have Miami (I Am that I Am).
One of my guides on the other side calls Herself San Divas. And San Diva is
the name of a city in California.

OM is both destruction and construction. Alpha = Omega. Death = Birth.

No there's no breathing then. At that point, we "breath deeply" as it's said. We hold the breath. It's the pause when the Unmanifested is prepared to be Created. Everything "holds it's breath". During exhale, the pearl falls, falls, and falls ... in darkness and utter silence....
And "OM" or "NG-AO-NG ! !" -it hits the pineal gland, and everything vibrates.

We do not only exhale carbon. We exhale oxygen as well. Otherwise, we would literarily burn up. Fire needs oxygen. We cannot hold all the oxygen we breathe in.
When we are deeply relaxed in meditation, the breathing rate slows down. It's scientifically proven on TM-practioneers, for example.At the deepest point we do not breathe at all. The body doesn't need oxygen from outside. And carbon is the secret of transforming the physical body.
