Yup, some ppl have theorized that some panic attacks
may be caused by a heightened sensitivity to the
carbon dioxide / oxygen balance in the blood.
Too little oxygen (for various reasons) and the
fear circuits in the brain go out of control.
I felt the edge of it in the London underground a few
days back. Stepping inside a couch that was full of
ppl and being very low in oxygen made my head spin
for a few minutes and being in an underground train
full of ppl is not the place you want to panic.
The strange thing is that the panic attacks were
definitely caused / linked to K, they felt very much
like a clearing process, to become aware of long
repressed emotions that via the panic attacks were
made impossible to ignore.
When after a long time and much talk, the repressed
emotions were brought to the surface, something that
felt like the start of a new panic
attack was precipitated and the emotions let go of,
feeling like a relaxation of the muscles in the
physical body.
The first time the panic attack hit, a "feeling"
rose from the 3rd chakra and shot upwards into the back
of the head snapping the head back. Then there was
energy spinning from two pole-like foci in the side of
the head (probably the amygdala). I could always tell
when
the panic attacks would
start up because they would be accompanied by a spinning feeling in the head and shaking.
When I went into
the emergency room, I thought it was epilepsy because
of the energy surging up the neck. Luckily, no
doctor agreed with me that this was how epilepsy
felt like, so I was never put on any medication. :)

Isn't "tummo" the Tibetan term for prana ?

Ouch ! :) Warning taken. :)
One scientist researched sp. combustion and said the
human body burns well because it consists of so much
fat. :)

Giving up judgements of good and evil releases one from
a lot of worries and from a lot of barriers between
ppl. :))

Yes, as you say, the darkness can be used highly
creativity. By this I do not mean any activity
meant to increase darkness, but to actually increase
the overall light. The light has no value, it is not
dark or light, there is no "dark side of the force",
there only is.
By seeing what is perceived as darkness head on,
the light within may be realized. :)
Fear, anxiety, hatred, anger, all of the dark sides
can be revealed as coming from the same place as the
light.

Very beautiful, Mystress, thanks for sharing. :)
Yes, to know one's true self, one must admit
the darkness. But very few ppl do.
I was once almost struck off a mailing list because
I said there are no evil ppl in this world. That
was too strong medicine for some ppl. I have
believed in is since I was 3. I never understood the
meaning behind the word "evil". Well, maybe the flame
will never be able to recognize its own heat. ;)
Best regards,
Amanda.
