Do not underestimate your Self ! You said "don't know any esoteric secrets".
Our conscious mind is like a torch, a flashlight. It enlightens only a very
small amount of our environment. The rest is darkness.
When moving these torch, our assemblage point of consciousness, the
previous enlightened spot becomes dark, subconscious.
Some people who have taken LSD, for example, say they do not remember
certain experiences during their altered state of consciousness.
There is certain things we only can understand in a certain state of
cosciousness. When leaving these state, we can neither understand nor
remember it.

Nirvikalpa (Sananda) Samadhi State 3
Nirvivhara Samadhi State 6
Nirvitarka Samadhi State 12
Savitarka Samadhi State 24
While beeing in one of these states, we understand certain things dedicated
to just these state. When leaving it - moving the "torch" - our memory /
understanding disappears.
One of my spiritual Guides - N.Azuur - participates on these K.-List,
probably without knowing it consciously.

This is beautiful! My spiritual guru is a deva, and I have sometimes
wondered if it means that I am part deva myself. But one of the great
lives in the Findhorn Garden said:
>In part, man is a product of the elemental and devic kingdoms, for he was
>once a being like ourselves, attuned to creative, cosmic sources. When the
>form of man was created and humanity as you know it began to develop, we
>were his teachers. For ages, we guided and protected him. He responded to
>us because in his inmost sensitivity and remembrance, he was one with us.
>In the realm of our true beingness, we walked together as one.
> However, there came a time when it was decided that to promote man's
>evolution and the accomplishment of his destiny, he was to be given the
>gift of creative thought, the gift of individuation and selfhood. This
>also implied the experience of separation, polarity and duality as part of
>the creative consciousness and power. Man was set upon the road toward
>learning mastery in the use of that power. -snip-
> Our authority was never taken from us. However, we were told that man,
>to develop the potentials of his divinity and to prepare for a cosmic
>destiny, needed to be freed from that authority and from the possible
>domination of his being by the more powerful planetary forces of nature.
>To gain such freedom, he was placed in touch with the authority of his own
>being which he needed to understand in order to exercise wisdom, love and
>understanding in dealing with the needs of Earth and the rhythms of our
>work and life. -snip-
> Man's role is to tend the Earth as a steward. lt is wrong for him to
>attempt to play the part of devic or elemental lord; that is our role.
>What man must do is exercise his creative, inspirational authority which
>is his true place in the scheme of things on Earth. Man is given the gift
>of creative imagination and must create the vision of what must be done.

When the Pearl circulates, we inhale and exhale in the first stages. But
when Yin and Yang is in Balance, we only exhale. We exhale our spiritual
energy, our magical purpose out in the room outside us.
This is OM - a misspelling in fact, since the "M" sound should be pronounced
"NG" (press your tongue up in the palate, generate a bass sound - and You
have it), and the "O" is an intermediate sound between "A" and "O". Open
your mouth as wide as you can, form it as a circle ("O") and try to sing it.
The mantra is correct tuned when it generates a vibration in the centerpoint
of the brain, the place of the pineal gland.
+ + +
In these phase of meditation, exhalation becomes MORE important than
Inhalation. We exhale the mantra mentally out in the room. It floats without
weight, it levitates - like the Grale in folklores.
This is Creation, Regeneration, the soil of the magicians practice.
We exhale our intentions to be manifested physically.
Nirvana means "exhalation", "breathe out and put out a candle" or "to cease
the wash of the waves of sea".
The cease (nir) of rotation (vritti), is the relief of bringing birth to a
spiritual Idea, the Immaculate Conception, so to say, of the Unmanifested.
Svadhisthana, the Hara Chakra, is the menstruation chakra, the Holy
Grail-chakra, which the energy from above (light body) reaches during the
final exhalation (downstream of energy).
So, every time we breathe out during these practice, we rest more and more.
The relaxation becomes deeper and deeper. The need to breathe disappear.
The Pearl of Compassion rotates by itself, without the need of physical
breathing, and we transform our physical body into the ressurected body, the
carbon/diamond body, the light body.
