Howdy!!
Here is something I learned about being in public places when I was
struggling with "weight" issues...for some reason I had this idea that
people were looking at me but one day I was in the mall and I realized that
I really didnt pay any attention to anyone for any lenght of time...like
even if someone was dressed very crazy..I might glance at them and have some
sort of hazy fleeting thought about it..but then I was focused on something
else...so actually the thing is that people in general are so self absorbed
that they probably dont notice you at all! You could stand on your head and
they might glance but move on thinking about what they are going to cook
for dinner....when I realized this it was much easier on me :-)
Dont know if this helps...but its something to consider..congrats on the
100!
