I tend to agree anyway: I often feel that if someone is unable to
express their view in plain language, technical terms aside, then there
is a good chance that they don't really understand whatever they're
saying very well. Of course an articulation problem might *not* mean
that, but typically I think that it does. Certainly, I apply that test
to myself, anyway.
