This posting of yours clears up the discussion I was having about what
is K and what is Prana. There comes a stage when K cools down for it
has cleared the dross and it then works on our awareness sheath or
vijnanamaya kosa, at a more subtle level. It doesn't go to that stage
of awareness until there has been some purification of the mind and
other sheaths. I didn't express myself well, not being a university
graduate, but this says it for me. I don't want to make another mistake
like I did the other day writing Heart Chakra when I meant to write
Heart Centre. Again K can be activated from three different centres.
