Helen,
In answer to your question on whether anyone has had their K disappear
and return again, yes, I have. My K had all but disappeared, except
during meditation, until recently in April.
I met a man online and subsequently in person only once. Though our
contact is minimal thru phone calls during the week, he has started my K
up again. It's at the point where he is waking me up almost every
night, and I feel heat come in. It's usually either 2am or 4am, and I
kick off the covers and have trouble falling asleep again.
Last night, I was itchy all over, in parts of my body where I normally
perspire.
We have confirmed our waking times, so that I know it his him. However,
my thoughts are that perhaps he is dreaming of me some nights, though
I'm not sure.
My kryias during meditation have become more forceful, like they used to
be.
My thoughts are that he has affected me similarly as my guru had. My
feelings for this man were quite strong, but have waned due to the fact
that we may never be together again. At this time, I feel that this
activity may only continue as long as he loves me and continues to think
of me.
