Interesting to see that ESO can be seen as increased
alpha and theta activity.

Prior to K becoming full time active, I started to
become aware of alpha and theta sleep starting up
when falling asleep after having Neurobiology 101.

I could feel the synchronized pattern of electrical
impulse start up in thought patterns and retina
flashes
and by using a little K and a little Witness,
soon could go from beta to alpha and theta and fall
everywhere and anytime. :))

I also am pretty sure that some of the more
convulsive kriyas are caused by a great coordination
of electrical activity in the brain, similar but not
identical with that happening in epilepsy.
