I think there are different levels. You can have an individual who
pratices temporary celibacy to accomplish a little magic and then every
grade in between to reach higher enlightenment, all the way up to the
saintly people who preform miracles and devote their lives to giving of
themselves. They are constantly giving and exuding the Power of the Holy
Presence and being in their company raises the spiritual vibration of
the soul. I have been around such and in my initial experince found out
what spiritual intoxication was as opposed to alchohol or those trying
to pratice a little magnetic magic.
  I believe celibacy in and of itself by its very nature, if tended to,
naturally releases one from the selfish motives of hoarding power. I
wrote,,"if tended to",,,,,diligently, for we all know, in the beginning
it just can plain make people frustrated and nasty .
