Yes. And with the Western mind's tendency to always
disregards itself from the body and view the body
as a lower octave thingy (to be perfectly simplistic),
this is absolutely no surprise.

Before I can answer this,
I must know, do you equate celibacy with having no
orgasm, or do you equate celibacy as simply having
no sexual partner for an extended lenght if time ?
