This has been happening to me for a bit too I think. Usually especially
every time after my shower when I flip my head over and close my eyes to put
a towel on my head I immediately "see" the whitish glowy outlines of my legs
behind my closed eyes..it happens with my hands too, but right now it
usually happens right when I close my eyes and is the outline of what i was
just looking at..is that the same thing...every once in awhile I see it
around people and expecially trees tops at dusk. I have been trying to
visualize opening my third eye more....am I trying too hard?? or perhaps
just expecting more when I am actually getting things and just not knowing
it?...I can be pretty dense at times...lol... Is there a really good third
eye opening exercise like that great grounding exercise on Mystress's site?
I get frustrated sometimes and feel like there is this major wall speerating
me from spirit...I know this is an illusion...etc.. but it can be darn
frustrating..when everyone else is saying oh I got this and I got
that...makes me feel like Charlie Brown at Halloween...I got a rock!
