By what authority .... or impertinence ...

If Reiki is unconditional Universal Energy

If Kundalini is the Divine Lifeforce ...

How can the ego of one measure or allow only a certain portion to be channelled
out to another ...

To do so is to imply that ego is greater than all that is ...

and in doing so, the channel or therapist is transmitting all his/own personal
energy into the recipient ... conditionally ...

By definition this is not Reiki ...

Nor is Divine Energy of Kundalini anything that I or anyone else can control.

 .... By what authority does the ego attempt to control Shaktipat ....
