I am glad you have shared this because this happens to me too...it started
happening to me when I started carrying a herkimer diamond around for
several weeks...I started getting this lump in my throat that was quite
painful and finally put away the herkimer it got so painful...I asked
several people about it...one said something about being beheaded in a past
life....dont know...but a couple people said it was repressed emotions
wanting to be released...which makes more sense to me personally since I
have trouble expressing in this area....it is the same feeling like if you
were at a funeral or something very sad and trying not to cry...choking the
emotions down..I feel like if I let them out..they would overwhelm
me..sometimes I still feel that way...especially if someone is very nice to
me...

anyway if you figure out a good way to deal with it I would like to know..I
guess maybe just having a good cry would help..I dont know.....but I know
what you are describing.
