any number of possibilities ...

try ... opening of the throat chakra ... need to express yourself ... memory of
the umbilicus around your throat at birth ... have you had a tonsilectomy in
your childhood ... suppression of your truth trying to come out ...

also thymus reactivation will cause similar symptoms ... (thymus is childhood
psychic filter ... atrophies - 'dies' - about 7 yrs.

for more & better info, need to know more details ...

a common early symptom from meditation ,,, ps your age can provide some clues
also ...
