Hello the list, ;-))

Here is a story for those afraid of what I do.

In 1971 I was preparing for cave diving. I was
22. Siphons are just drowned galeries, some
very thin and narrow. So that you have to
fight your way further, with your two air bottles
on your back.

By that time, I learned to drown, so that I should
know precisely what to do if it should happen.

So I went through a first serie of spasms, starting
lungs empty, in a swimming pool, near the ladder.

The first serie of spasms is hard to bear. You
are just choking. Then it goes through a remission
for about 12 seconds I should say. Then a second
serie of spasm. Difficult to think when it happens.

But the second remission gives you a very clear
mind, just as the first.

Then the third serie of spasms. No one among
us could ever pass it.

This training once saved my life. And this is why,
if I strive to 'let go', I have anyway a method
(at least tentatively) to work on Kundalini raising.

If Kundalini can raise my spirit, I'll go through it
whatever the drawbacks. I even put a list of what to
do with it. Mainly, as I live from my books, I'll
write positively and make people laugh ;-))).

The problem of the guru is that I didn't find one.

Perhaps one of these days, I'll write down for you my
drowning
experience in a cave, since it is related to a near
death experience that I had while fighting in a narrow
path underwater. It had partly collapsed, at the very moment
I
found my scuba didn't let me breath any more.

It was published twice in France, in 1973 (L'Aventure
Sous-marine)
and 1998 (Plongeurs International).

By now I have been using the electric stim for 5 hours a
day since I received it at the end of last week. It has
notably
increased the feeling of my lower back.

I am interested in these discrepancies in our opinion.

So we will see if Froggy Jack will be Boiling Jack.
